Business Administration Apprenticeship – 2026 Intake
Working closely with our HR & Operations Manager, you will gain practical experience across HR, operations, office coordination and business support. You’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the firm while completing a structured academic programme.
What You’ll Do
Office & Administrative Support
- Scanning and organising digital/physical filing
- Preparing letters, forms and internal documentation
- Supporting meeting arrangements, diary planning and staff coordination
- Assisting with office supplies and general day‑to‑day running of the offices
HR & People Support
- Assisting with recruitment administration and onboarding tasks
- Helping maintain staff records and internal HR materials
- Supporting internal communication, wellbeing activities and events
Business Support & Operations
- Maintaining spreadsheets, trackers and internal logs
- Liaising with suppliers, landlords, builders, contractors and our IT provider for maintenance or operational tasks
- Assisting with building‑related coordination and equipment upkeep
- Supporting workflow organisation and internal projects
CMI‑Accredited Apprenticeship Structure
Training is delivered through a structured programme accredited by the Chartered Management Institute, divided into four development-focused parts:
Part 1 — Becoming a Professional
Communication, planning, prioritisation and professional confidence.
Part 2 — Building Strong Relationships
Teamwork, customer service and effective interaction across the business.
Part 3 — Ready for the Digital Workplace
Digital tools, IT literacy, business systems and modern administrative technology.
Part 4 — Make It Happen: Projects & Financial Know‑How
Business projects, financial awareness and practical workplace problem‑solving.

Entry Requirements
Essential
- Five GCSEs (9–4 / A*–C), including English and Maths
- Interest in business administration, HR or operations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Professional, reliable and enthusiastic
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desirable
- Three A‑Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent e.g. BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma at grade MMM or higher)
- Previous administrative or customer service experience (not essential)
- Interest in progressing to HR, operations or business support roles
- Familiarity with office environments (not essential)
