Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates, coordinating with clients and external parties.
• Handle client enquiries with professionalism and empathy, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform general administrative duties, including typing, filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
• Assist with the preparation of legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience as a legal secretary, preferably in family law.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, legal case management software and dictation software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent telephone manner and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
