James Patten

James is a litigation solicitor, with broad based experience from leading City and regional law firms.

He has extensive experience of conducting general commercial and civil litigation, including High Court and County Court proceedings. He also has experience of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

Since relocating to Suffolk and joining Fairweather Law, James has decided to focus primarily on contentious property related work, including residential leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, and general landlord/tenant disputes. These include matters heard in the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
