Nicola joined Fairweather’s residential estates team in 2017. She advanced to the role of Head of the department while also taking on operational management responsibilities. Nicola is currently our Operations Manager, overseeing compliance and supporting the Directors by preparing for and attending key meetings.

Nicola holds a Law degree from the University of East Anglia and a postgraduate certificate in Business Administration. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration. Nicola began her career within the administration team at the Suffolk Diocese of the Church of England. Over her 16-year tenure, she held a range of positions, ultimately managing the Church’s extensive property portfolio. Her expertise in company law, governance, charity law, and compliance enabled her to rise to the role of Deputy CEO.

In her limited free time, Nicola enjoys spending time with her family and reading—although her current reading list is focused on her studies.
