As a consultant solicitor at Fairweather Law and an integral part of our private client team, Emma acts as a professional Attorney and Deputy, managing the financial affairs of vulnerable clients and handling Court of Protection applications and complex LPA matters.
With over 13 years’ experience as an Independent Visitor for the Court of Protection and the OPG, and a background as a family carer advocate, Emma brings a rare depth of knowledge and compassion to her work.
