James is a litigation solicitor with extensive experience from leading City and regional law firms. He has a broad background in general commercial and civil litigation, including High Court and County Court proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution practices.

Since relocating to Suffolk and joining Fairweather Law, James has chosen to focus primarily on contentious property matters. His expertise now includes residential leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, and general landlord-tenant disputes, including matters heard in the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
