Kim graduated from the University of Suffolk with a law degree in 2020 and began her legal career at a Suffolk-based law firm. She joined Fairweather Law in 2021 and has been with the firm for four years, starting as a legal assistant and building her knowledge. Kim supports the management of the Landlord and Tenant team alongside Charlotte.

She specialises in leasehold property matters, including lease extensions, deeds of variation, transfers, lease reviews, and licences to assign. Kim is currently studying for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) and is based in our Framlingham office.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends and going to the gym.
