Nicola is the Managing Director of Fairweather Law and a highly accomplished family law specialist with over 22 years of experience helping clients through life’s toughest transitions. Heading up our Family Department, Nicola supports families nationwide, providing clear, strategic, and compassionate advice on divorce, separation, financial settlements, and child arrangements.

In May 2026, Nicola stepped into the role of Managing Director. In this capacity, she oversees the day-to-day running and long-term strategic direction of the firm, ensuring Fairweather Law maintains its strong reputation for delivering straightforward, client-focused legal advice across our services.

Nicola holds a Master’s Degree in Family Law and Policy and qualified as a solicitor with a regional firm in 2004. She has served as a Trustee on the Board of Northeast Suffolk Citizens Advice Bureau and has been actively involved with a charity supporting parents in maintaining contact with their children.

Nicola currently serves as a Trustee on the Board of the Leiston Long Shop Museum, and is a member of Resolution. Resolution members are committed to the Resolution vision.
